- Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days once the returned item is inspected and approved.

- If the exact item is out of stock, you may select an alternative or request a refund.
📦 Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

- Car diagnostic tools once activated
- Items that show signs of use or tampering
